Who these terms are with

These terms apply to your use of this website. Services are provided under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

Using this site

You may use this site for your own business purposes and to make a genuine enquiry. You may not use it to send automated or fraudulent enquiries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to copy the content for a competing service.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Enquiries are not an offer

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline an enquiry for any reason, including where we already work with a competing business in the same market.

Nothing on this site is an offer of a specific price, volume or result.

Our services

Where we agree to work together, the scope, fees, term and commercial model are set out in a written agreement.

We run advertising campaigns and generate enquiries. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific cost per lead, or that any enquiry will become a client. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform policy, auction dynamics, seasonality and your own response times.

We do not give regulated advice. Nothing we produce is legal, financial, tax or immigration advice. Where we work with regulated firms, responsibility for the regulatory compliance of their offering and their own communications remains with them.

Data protection

Where we generate enquiries for you, you are the controller of that data from the point it reaches you, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully, including responding to any rights request the individual makes to you.

Where we process data on your behalf, we do so under a written data processing agreement. See the privacy policy for how we handle data collected through this site.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, and campaign material we produce, remains ours unless a written agreement says otherwise. Brand assets belonging to advertising platforms are the property of those platforms and are used to identify the channels we buy on, not to imply any partnership or endorsement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
